A little history.
The server has been using rehlds/regamedll for some time now. It didn't have issues with older rehlds/regameDLL versions.
Since upgrading to ReHLDS 3.x/RegameDLL 5.3.x this started.

The server has been empty for the past months, so I didn't notice, but now its gaining popularity again and the crashes are constant.
